The manufacture of corrugated packaging is generally classified into two phases:
A) Containerboard making combining and cutting.
B) Box manufacturing & designing.

B) Box Manufacturing & Designing.
1- Printing: Printing up to 5 colors, the surface of box blanks that have been scored lengthwise.
2- Forming to Converting:
The machine performs slotting and widthwise scoring, finally gluing
The manufacturer’s joints together to form boxes.
3- Bundling & Finishing.
Note: Two liners and a corrugated medium make up the standard three-layer corrugated board and three liners and two corrugated mediums make up the standard five-layer corrugated board.
